Thank you for shopping with us! Every item is made to order through our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each product is created specifically for you, please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Order Processing
All products are made to order after your purchase is placed.
- Processing time: 2–7 business days
- During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been fulfilled.
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
International
- Delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping destination, and the shipping method selected.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and fulfillment location. If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if your order has not yet entered production.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:
- Check your tracking information.
- Contact the shipping carrier for updates.
- If you still need assistance, contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but are lost or stolen after delivery.
